Lot 483 continues to expand. So far, it has added three new floors, with each unit subdividing at least twice. This obviously violates the parcel’s zoning restrictions, but Lot 483 doesn’t care in the slightest. Not even those sour-mouths on the neighborhood council have been able to curb its growth.
